On your device. Profile, discount, purchase and optional saved-search information stays on your device until you delete it; device backups may include it. ZIP lookup and distance calculations are local. Location requires your permission; disable it in iOS Settings. We do not send your ZIP or GPS coordinates to dispensaries.
Third parties. To retrieve products, the app contacts Trulieve, Fluent and MÜV. They receive your IP address and requested store/product information, which may indicate your approximate area, and retain logs under their own policies. Namecheap receives your IP address when the app checks chain availability. Apple handles subscriptions and payment details. External websites have their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal information or use advertising, analytics or cross-app tracking.
Deletion and support. Use Settings > Privacy & Data > Delete Local App Data to clear saved app records. Age confirmation remains; backups and third-party records are unaffected. Email providers process your support messages; we retain them to handle your request. Email us to request their deletion.
Policy changes appear here with an updated effective date.
