How Your Information Is Stored<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your personal search preferences, location information, and spending records are stored locally on your device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CannaCompass does not maintain a server that collects or stores this personal information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Location Services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you choose to use your device&#8217;s location, CannaCompass requests permission to access it to help identify dispensaries within your selected search radius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may instead enter a ZIP code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can manage location permissions through your iPhone settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Third-Party Dispensary Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CannaCompass retrieves publicly available product listings, inventory information, and prices from third-party dispensary websites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dispensary information may change without notice. CannaCompass is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Data Sharing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CannaCompass does not sell your personal information or share your locally stored spending records for advertising purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The app does not use personal information for cross-app advertising tracking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Data Retention and Deletion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your locally stored information remains on your device until you remove it through available app features or delete the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deleting the app generally removes its locally stored data from your device, subject to any copies retained in device backups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Data Security<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keeping personal records on your device helps limit unnecessary collection of personal information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recommend protecting your device with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Children&#8217;s Privacy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CannaCompass is intended for individuals legally eligible to participate in Florida&#8217;s medical cannabis program.
